Ahh! The Sunday Scaries! We’ve all experienced that feeling of dread surrounding the end of the weekend. Don’t waste your Sunday fretting about the work week, watch a fun movie instead! Feel good movies can differ person to person if they have happy feelings or memories tied to a particular film. For me, a go-to feel good movie would be Grease. The plot is fun, the music is catchy, and I also have fond memories of watching the movie with friends over the years. Really any musical will do, so pick your favorite. Another way to avoid the end of weekend blues is with a rom com like When Harry Met Sally or 27 Dresses. If you’re looking for a comedy to take the edge off instead, consider Mean Girls or The Hangover. Finally, when in doubt, pick a classic Disney movie like Tarzan or Beauty and the Beast. Make a cup of tea or pour yourself some wine, order delivery, and settle in for an afternoon (or an entire day) of feel-good movies!
